Read, 41, flashed himself at two female medical student on a train in January after a similar offence a year before.
At the time of the offence the 4ft 5in star had just enrolled on a sex offenders' treatment programme for a similar crime, reported Sun Online.
Nicholas Read, aged 41, flashed at two medical students while travelling on a train to Manchester.
The father-of-one admitted exposure at a previous hearing Manchester Crown Court in January.
Judge Robert Thomas QC gave Read a 16-week suspended sentence, saying he would be "a very vulnerable person in the prison system."
Thomas praised Read for the "progress" he had made on the sexual offenders' programme, saying, "You are finally facing up to the offences you need to face up to."
He ordered that Read sign the Sexual Offenders' Register for seven years and handed him a sexual offences prevention order stating Read must inform his probation officer when he travels by train.
