It was earlier reported that Gordon was planning to go court after he was not permitted to meet Bobbi, who is under doctors' care since January 31, when she was found lying unconscious at her home, reported ABC News.
Gordon, 19, has issued a statement through his attorney Randy Kessler. The statement said his "only concern is the recovery of Bobbi Kristina. He remains in constant prayer for his companion and he hopes to be reunited with her soon."
