Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend Nick Gordon is set to appear in court for reckless driving charges tomorrow.
His partner Bobbi Kristina remains in a medically induced coma after Gordon found her facedown in her bathtub on January 31, reported Us magazine.
There were reports that he has not visited her at the hospital in several days.
Gordon's court date stems from an incident back in November 2012. At the time, he was pulled over for driving over twice the speed limit in a suburban area. As the police officer approached his vehicle, he reportedly put on Whitney Houston music.
Gordon is also facing another, more serious legal issue. He is currently being investigated after authorities found unexplained injuries on Bobbi Kristina.
He and Bobbi Kristina, 21, announced in January 2012 that they tied the knot.
