Nippy start to day for Delhi

The national capital woke up to a slightly chilly morning today amidst a shallow fog a day after it saw the mercury dip below the 10-degree mark for the first time this season.
The minimum temperature in the national capital settled at 10.6 degrees Celsius today, three notches below normal.
The humidity level was at 52 per cent at 8:30 A.M.
It is going to be mainly clear skies during the day with the maximum expected to settle at around 28 degrees, the MeT office said.
The minimum yesterday was recorded at 9 degrees, four notches below normal, while the maximum was at 27.4 degrees, one point below normal.
