Nitish Kumar releases list of JD(U) office-bearers

JD(U) President and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today released the list of new office- bearers, keeping K C Tyagi as the party's principal general secretary and appointing eight general secretaries.
Gulam Rasool Balyawi, Harivansh Singh, Ramchandra Prasad Singh, all Rajya Sabha members, Javed Raza, Pavan Kumar Verma, Varghese George, Arun Kumar Shrivastava, Shyam Rajak are the general secretaries.
Kumar also appointed six secretaries and made Lok Sabha member Kaushalendra Kumar as the party's treasurer, according to a statement.
Kumar recently got a fresh term as the party president.
