The order to this effect was given by Kumar during a review meeting of the Panchayati Raj department here, an official statement said.
The statement, quoting Principal Secretary of the Panchayati Raj department Sudhir Kumar Rakesh, said the CM instructed that all Panchayat bhawans completed should be computerised.
Rakesh said the CM directed the department to prepare a prospective plan and annual work plan for use of Panchayat funds for the next five years.
He also ordered filling vacancies of officials and workers in Panchayats at all levels, the Principal Secretary added.
