"I will not speak here (Kishanganj) about the matters related to Patna... I will talk about the matters of Patna there only," Kumar said when reporters sought his comments on the murder of Brahmeshwar Singh alias Mukhiaji and the subsequent violence.

He was talking to reporters after reviewing development schemes with the Kishanganj officials here on the concluding day of his three-day Seva Yatra to the district.

The Ranvir Sena chief was shot dead by gunmen while he was taking a stroll near his house in Khopira village under Nawada police station in Bhojpur district on Friday morning that triggered large-scale violence by his supporters in Ara town and in Patna on the next day.

The Chief Minister has been away from the state capital on the Seva Yatra to Bhagalpur and Kishanganj districts since the occurrence of the high profile murder case of the chief of the private militia of an upper caste in Bihar.
