The estimates for 2014-15 is almost 10 percent higher than the allocation under the estimate of 2013-14, he said.
"It is proposed to allocate Rs. 2,24,000 crore for the defence services estimates under budget estimates of 2014-2015. This is almost 10 percent higher than the allocation under budget estimate of 2013-2014," he said replying to a question.
