Dwayne Johnson has said he does not feel the need to clarify his stand on the quarrel with his "Fast and Furious" co-star Tyrese Gibson as it was a "one-sided" affair.

Gibson had called Johnson "selfish" for agreeing to do a spin-off, "Hobbs and Shaw", which would push the release date of "Fast and Furious 9" back to 2020.

He later, buried the hatchet in an Instagram post.

In an appearance on "Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live" recently, when one fan asked if he and Gibson have spoken since the latter expressed issues about the spin-off.

Though the incident was "disappointing", the actor said, they had not talked "at all".

"No, we haven't talked at all," replied Johnson, before adding that there was "no need" for them to do so. That whole thing with Tyrese, it was pretty disappointing because I had been friends with Tyrese for a very long time.

"I always feel like a beef requires two people to actually jump in it, and it was pretty one-sided and he had voiced his opinion a lot on social media. Apparently, he was going through some stuff, too, in his personal life," Johnson said.

The actor went on to say, "But, no, we haven't talked and I don't see where we would and, to me, there's no need to have a conversation.
