"Difference of opposition have vanished in the country as both the BJP and the Congress were supporting policies helping rich and there was no one to raise issues of poor," said Govindacharya here last night.

BJP and Congress should contest next Loksabha polls together so that Opposition benches remained vacant from where "voices of poor and downtrodden could be raised", he said.

About Narendra Modi, Govindacharya said by showing enmity towards his party leader Sanjay Joshi he has botched his prospects of becoming Prime Minister.
