The 40-year-old actress is mother to a 15-year-old daughter, an 11-year-old son and her youngest son will turn two in December, reported BBC online.
"I'm terrible. I am the least techie person you will ever meet, I'm rubbish. We're not a big deviced-up household. We don't have any social media, nothing like that," she said.
Asked if she is strict with her children about how much they can use technology, Winslet said, "Not strict. But you have to have rules I think and we certainly have those, yes.
