The woman was allegedly gangraped by three men on March 31 in Noida's Kanshi Ram colony area. The accused had fired a bullet at her when she protested. The victim was admitted to the hospital, where she died today, police said.
An FIR in this regard was lodged at sector 39 police station, Noida. Police have already arrested the three rape accused and sent them to jail.
Now, after the death of the victim, the three accused have also been charged for murder.
