Castor seeds bold and castor oil commercial rebounded at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today on renewed demand from soaps and shippers industries.
Elsewhere, linseeds oil also gained owing to fresh demand from paint and allied industries.
While, groundnut oil and refined palmolein eased due to subdued demand from stockists and retailers.
In the non-edibles segment, castor seeds bold moved up by Rs 5 per 100 kg to Rs 4,055 from Wednesday's closing level of Rs 4,050 and castor oil commercial inched up by a rupee per 10 kg to Rs 841.
Linseeds oil went up by Rs 15 per 10 kg to Rs 780 as compared to Rs 765 yesterday.
Moving to the edibles section, groundnut oil slid by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 850 from Rs 855 and refined palmolein softened by a rupee per 10 kg to Rs 714.
