"Our jawans are protecting the border with all their might. No one can dare cast an evil eye on India. Even if someone tries to do so, BSF and other security forces will give them a fitting reply," Singh told reporters on the sidelines of a meeting here.
The Home Minister Pakistan should desist from such violations and officials of both the countries have been in touch over the issue.

Meanwhile, Director General of Border Security Force D K Pathak briefed Union Home Secretary Anil Goswami about the prevailing situation along the border today where Pakistani Rangers launched fresh firing towards BSF posts.
Sources said said a total of five Pakistani Rangers personnel were killed and two critically injured in BSF firing.
