He was addressing the leaders and workers of the party at Jantar Mantar who are protesting the alleged bias against the co-operative banking sector post demonetisation.
"India as a whole is moving toward a national disaster due to the decision taken by Narendra Modi. This has given a chance to black money holders to convert it into white. Modi doesn't deserve forgiveness," Antony said.
He also accused the Centre of trying to strangulate the co-operative and the agriculture sectors in the state.
Opposition leader in the Kerala Assembly, Ramesh Chennithala, said the state is heading toward a financial disaster as the non-resident Keralites (NRKs) feel that their money in co-operative banks is not safe.

Addressing the Congress workers in Jantar Mantar, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi said demonetisation "is a monumental disaster".
"This has hurt every single person in India, every single state in India," he said.
He said this is the first time when a PM has attacked the people of India.
"Farmers, labourers, particularly women who have saved the effort of their lifetime, have lost it due to demonetisation," he said.
The Congress leader also accused the Prime Minister of not allowing the opposition to speak in Parliament.
"Narendra Modiji personally is not allowing us to speak in the Lok Sabha. He is terrified of us putting our views on demonetisation and (against) him in the Lok Sabha," he said.
