The seven-member APSCPCR will be set up with members of Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Women (APSCW) without any additional remuneration,a copy of the notification,which was released to the Press, said.
The commission would be headed by APSCW chairperson Gumri Ringu.
The other members include, Radhilu Chai, Dharmawati Mangmaw, Binny Yanga, Yapi Kulo, Meyo Taku and Yabin Zirdo.
"The power and functions of the APSCPCR would be governed by the provisions of the commission for protection of child rights Act, 2005 (No. 4 of 2006) and conditions of service, except salary and others allowances, in respect of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and members of the commission will be regulated in terms of the government notification of December 2004," the notification said.
