The BJYM state president demanded the stern action against the doctors of sub district hospital and district hospital Rajouri for the alleged utter negligence.
While in Rajouri, when the victim was in need of immediate medical help as she was bleeding profusely, was denied treatment and the poor and helpless parents were asked to take the girl to Government Medical College-Jammu instead of providing medical treatment to the teenager, he alleged.
