"Kirori Lal Meena, who is the state convener of National People's Party, would file his nomination papers on April 2," state president of NPP Sunil Bhargava told reporters here.
"It was decided by the party's election committee meeting to field Meena, sitting MLA from Lalsot seat, from Dausa seat where BJP and Congress candidates are "outsiders", Bhargava said.
"Both the BJP and Congress gave nearly 40 per cent tickets to outsiders including in Dausa so it was decided by the party after discussions with people of all caste and communities that Meena should contest elections," he said.
