NSCN(K) camp busted in Arunachal

An NSCN(K) camp has been busted at Phenbiro village in Changlang district of Arunachal Pradesh by Assam Rifles (AR), a release by the force said today.
The camp was busted on Saturday after 24-hour long operation by the AR personnel.
There was no casualty or arrest, but one country made weapon, combat dresses and a large quantity of administrative stores were recovered from the hideout of the outfit.
Following the busting of the camp, security has been put on high alert across the district, the release added.
The district witnessed intensive counter-insurgency operations last month following intelligent inputs of infiltration by ultras.
