NYLIM Jacob Ballas sells 2.56% stake in PNC Infratech

Investment firm NYLIM Jacob Ballas has reduced 2.56 per cent stake in infrastructure firm PNC Infratech Ltd by selling 13.14 lakh shares in the open market.
NYLIM Jacob Ballas India (FVCI) III LLC, which had 8.31 per cent stake earlier, brought down its shareholding in the company to 5.75 per cent by selling shares between October 5, 2015 and April 20, 2016, PNC Infratech Ltd said in a BSE filing.
Shares of PNC Infratech Ltd were trading 1.26 per cent down at Rs 527.50 in the morning trade on BSE.
