In a new YouTube clip, the 45-year-old is dressed in a smoking jacket adorned with an Obama 2012 pin and tells fans that he will cook, give a tattoo or eat garbage if people go to the polls, The Hollywood Reporter said.
"I will do anything to get you to go out and vote November sixth. I am not kidding. You need a guy to help you move a couch? Done. I even have my own van," said Ferrell, who recently essayed the role of a Presidential candidate in "The Campaign".
After doing a dance, he says "That was just a taste. If you want the full buffet, you are going to have to vote."
Ferrell helped raise funds for Obama in 2008, and co-hosted a USD 38,000 a person fundraiser for the President in February.
The video was retweeted by Obama's Twitter account.
"Will Ferrell's not kidding," the President tweeted.
The President is also supported by stars like Jay-Z and Stevie Wonder on the campaign trail.
