The discussion on the Vision Document was held at a meeting presided over by Chief Secretary A P Padhi where chairman of Odisha Skill Development Authority Subrato Bagchi was invited as a resource person.
"The Vision Document should be based on the realistic assessment of the state's needs for future and service delivery at ground level," Padhi said while Development Commissioner R Balakrishnan emphasised that the document should be a powerful instrument to shape the future of the state.
Goals like shared prosperity, equitable distribution of the developmental outcomes, social justice, occupational dignity, inclusive growth in line with the ideals of Swaraj and Sarvodaya were suggested in the meeting.
