In his complaint, Head Constable Ram Mehar alleged that he had gone to Vijendra Singh Tanwar's house with the notice yesterday.
But instead of accepting it, Vijendra, resident of Housing Board Colony in Sector-18, misbehaved with the constable.
He also threatened the cop saying that he is a politician and can do anything he wants to.
When the constable tried to convince Tanwar, the accused along with two women family members, physically attacked Mehar.
Regarding his political affiliation, the officer informed that the accused is not into politics.
