One die, 23 injured in accident
One person identified as Sonu (21) died on the spot when the driver of the vehicle wanted to flee after hitting a cyclist and lost control over the vehicle near Sidhu Kanhu chowk in Patamda late this afternoon, police said.
The injured people were admitted to government-run MGM Hospital, the police said.
They were labourers and returning to Bagbera on the outskirt of the steel city after offering puja in Hathi-Kheda temple at Patamda, the police said.
