The fearsome foursome will appear in a campfire scene, during which Stewie (Griffins) will tell them a horror story about non-skinny jeans, according to Entertainment Weekly.
One Direction mastermind Simon Cowell is also a character in the episode, but, like Harry Styles and Niall Horan, it's unclear who voiced his toon.
The episode, called "Run, Chris, Run," will air after the boys begin their hiatus in March.
Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson lent their voices to an episode about Chris running for homecoming king.
"Family Guy", now in its 13th season, airs Sundays on Fox.
