The conductor of the bus, Javid Ahmad Bhat, died on the spot and 14 passengers were injured when the bus was on its way to Anantnag, they said.
In another mishap, eight passengers were injured when a bus collided with a car at Mirgund near Parimpora in the outskirts of the city, police said.
A mini-bus turned turtle near Sheeri in Baramulla district of north Kashmir resulting in injuries to seven passengers, they said.
