In the first accident, car of a Tundla resident Pradip Singh overturned after ramming into the divider last night, they said.
"Singh, along with his wife Rekha was coming to Noida via Yamuna Expressway. After crossing the first toll plaza at Agra, he lost control over his car and the vehicle rammed into divider and turned turtle," they said.
They were taken to a hospital in Greater Noida, where Rekha succumbed to her injuries today.
Singh's son Dhananjay alleged that the ambulance instead of admitting the injured at a hospital in nearby Mathura or and Aligarh, brought them to Greater Noida.
In another accident, four persons going to Mathura from Delhi were injured on the Yamuna Expressway at 45 km distance from zero point last night.
The injured have been identified as Rakesh, Vikram, Amandeep and Anand, police said.
