The incident took place when the victim, identified as Renu Khateek (28), and the other labourers were working in the house of Rafiq Ansari when the roof fell on them, they said.
The injured were rushed to Mahatma Gandhi Hospital in the city in serious condition.
Further probes into the incident are on, police added.
