Ordnance Board regularly told about delivery of faulty

Army today said it regularly raises the issue of delivery of faulty material with the Ordnance Board.
"Whenever there is anything faulty, army raises it with the Ordnance Board. We have done that several times in the past when came across delivery of faulty items," said a senior army official.
The official's remarks came against the backdrop of the May 31 fire at Central Ammunition Depot in Maharashtra's Pulgaon in which more than 18 defence personnel were killed.
