The famous snap, which has been retweeted over three million times, was taken on Ellen's phone by Bradley Cooper back at the 2014 Academy Awards, and included stars such as Brad Pitt, Jennifer Lawrence, Julia Roberts, Meryl Streep and Kevin Spacey.
Ellen, 58, said the selfie was actually another joke that had gone somewhat awry, as she had originally planned a skit where she and Streep would have a picture taken together, reported Digital Spy.
The plan fell through when Cooper decided to take the snap and the rest - as they say - is Twitter-crashing history.
