The Maharashtra Andhashraddha Nirmulan Samiti today carried out a campaign seeking answers for the alleged "laxity" in the probe of killing of its president and rationalist Narendra Dabholkar.
The campaign also sought answers from the Maharashtra and Karnataka governments for the "laxity" in the probe of other rationalist leaders Govind Pansare and Kannada writer M M Kalburgi.
In Delhi, the Samiti carried out the 'Jawab Do' campaign from Rajghat to India Gate. Similar such protests were also held in Maharashtra.
Dabholkar was killed on this day in 2013, Pansare was shot dead in February 2015, while Kalburgi met the similar fate in August the same year.
The CBI has charge-sheeted Virendra Tawde, linked to a right-wing Hindu outfit in the Dabholkar murder case.
However, two other accused still remain at-large in this case.
