Over 120 artists to perform at Sunburn Goa beginning tomorrow

Over 120 artists across the globe including world's top Disc Jockeys (DJs) will enthral the audience during the ninth edition of Sunburn Goa, beginning tomorrow in the coastal state.
The Electronic Dance Music (EDM) festival will be held till December 30 at Vagator in north Goa.
"Sunburn Goa 2015 in its 9th year returns with over 248 plus hours non-stop music, over 120 artists performing across 7 stages rewriting the history of dance music on the over 200 feet 'main stage', offering the biggest ever stage experience anywhere in world," Shailendra Singh, Joint Managing Director, Percept told reporters at Vagator.
"Sunburn has definitely grown in magnitude over the all these years. Catering to diverse genres of electronic dance music, Sunburn Goa 2015 will see the best of commercial, dubstep, drum and bass, house, tech house, deep house, electro, psy trance, electronica," he added.
The main stage for the festival titled 'Empire of the Sun' will host world's top DJs as headliners over 4 days, he added.
This year Sunburn Goa has joined hands with the Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC).
"Goa offers the perfect blend of culture, cuisine, sun, sand and sea, music and a vibrant lifestyle that ranges from sublime relaxation to fast paced fun and entertainment," he said.
Nikhil Desai, Managing Director, GTDC-Goa, said having witnessed the contribution made by Sunburn to Goa and its tourism, GTDC is happy to support Sunburn and encourage tourism.
The fist day of the festival will see hysteria of epic
proportions when Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, the Belgian DJ duo composed of brothers Dimitri Thivaios and Michael Thivaios and the #1 spot holder on annual Top 100 DJs poll will unleash their electrifying sets.
Besides them, there will be a classic mix acts by international and national DJs like Head Hunterz, Dyro, Sam Feldt,Tube & Berger, Liquid Soul and others.
The festival also see performances of other well known DJs like Kygo, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Aly & Fila and Bassjackers.
The organisers claim that renowned artists like Kshmr, Dyro, Felix Jaehn, Headhunterz and Sam Feldt will perform for the first time in the country.
