A total of 266 Gentleman and 31 lady cadets were commissioned as Officers following the bi-annual parade that was held at the Academy, an official release said.
25 cadets from Bhutan, Maldives,Fiji and Afghanistan were commissioned as officers in their respective Armies, it said.
Lieutenant General P M Hariz, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Command reviewed the parade.
The parade was commanded by Academy Under Officer Abhishek R, who also received the 'Sword of Honour' and the 'Gold medal' for bagging the top rank.
The cadets undertook an oath on completion of the ceremony and are all set to join their new assignments as Commissioned Officers across the country.
Parents of the Cadets and members of the diplomatic fraternity also witnessed the parade on the occasion.
