Padma Awards: J'khand CM congratulates Simon Oraon, Deepika

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today congratulated environmentalist Simon Oraon and ace archer Deepika Kumari for being honoured with Padma Shri awards.
In a statement Das said the people of Jharkhand are happy as the state's talent got recognition at the national level.
