Padmabhushan recipient surgeon L H Hiranandani passes away

Eminent ENT surgeon, educationist and Padmabhushan recipient L H Hiranandani passed away at his residence here this evening. He was 96.
He is survived by his wife Kanta and two sons, Niranjan and Surendra, who are well-known real estate developers.
His body will be kept at Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital Powai from 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM tomorrow to enable people pay their last respects, family sources said.
His last rites will be performed at Chandanwadi crematorium on September 6.
