Pak High Commission to brief Hurriyat leader on talks with

After Syed Ali Shah Geelani, Pakistan High Commission in Delhi has invited Hurriyat Conference chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq for a briefing on the recent Indo-Pak Foreign Secretary talks.
Mirwaiz, in a statement here, said he has been invited by Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit to apprise him about the recent meeting of the Foreign Secretaries that took place in Islamabad.
However, the date for the meeting has not been finalised and the Hurriyat leadership will meet soon in this regard, Mirwaiz said.
Earlier this week, Basit met Geelani and briefed him about the issues discussed between India and Pakistan during Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar's visit to Islamabad.
