Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson Tasnim Aslam said that under a 2010 agreement, both the countries cannot build such structures within 500 meter of the either side of IB between Indian Kashmir and Pakistan's Sialkot district.
"India is constructing new bunkers, which is a violation of the agreement," she said.
