Linseed oil, in the non-edible section, also eased on reduced offtake by consuming industries.
Traders said besides slackened demand from vanaspati millers and retailers, adequate stocks mainly kept pressure on palmolein and soyabean oil prices.
In the national capital, palmolein (RBD) and palmolein (Kandla) oils eased by Rs 50 each to Rs 5,600 and Rs 5,500 per quintal, respectively.
Soyabean refined mill delivery (Indore) and soyabean degum (Kandla) oils followed suit and ended lower by a similar margin to Rs 6,600 and Rs 6,300 per quintal, respectively.
