'Paranormal Activity 5' to be directed by Gregory Plotkin

Gregory Plotkin, the editor and co-producer of the last three installments of "Paranormal Activity", is on board as the director for its fifth instalment.
"Paranormal Activity 5" will mark the directorial debut of Plotkin while scribe duo Jason Pagan and Andrew Deutschman will pen the script, reported Ace Showbiz.
The next "Paranormal Activity" is slated to hit theaters in the United States on October 25, 2014 preceded with "The Marked Ones" on January 3. The Latin-themed spin-off is directed by Christopher Landon, who wrote the last three "Paranormal Activity".
Landon will leave the horror franchise to direct a new Paramount scary film called "Boy Scouts vs Zombies".
