Parents arrested for killing minor son

A husband-wife duo has been arrested today for allegedly killing their 15-year-old son in Chauri area here, police said.
Pintu Seth and his wife Rekha went to a government hospital last evening claiming that their son Rahul hanged himself with a tree and committed suicide, they said.
However, Rahul's uncle arrived from Varanasi later in the day and lodged a murder case against Seth and Rekha, they said.
Rahul was first strangulated by his father Pintu and step-mother Rekha and they had later hung his body from a tree to make it look like a case of suicide, police said.

Both the accused have been sent to jail and further investigations are on, they said.
