Parents protest lack of amenities at KV school

Parents of students studying in a Kendriya Vidyalaya School here staged a protest demonstration alleging lack of amenities at the institution.
Besides claiming lack of amenities, parents also alleged that a fan fell down in a room injuring a student recently.
Parents staged the protest in front of the KV School in the Island Grounds here.
While school authorities remained tight lipped, Deputy Commissioner, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Chennai Region, SM Saleem said he was not aware of the allegations.
"I don't know. I am not aware of it. I will speak with them [school authorities] and only then will I be able to react," he said.
