LJP national general secretary Satyanand Sharma today said Paswan will kick off the programme from Motihari on August 25 next and cover all districts over the next couple of months.
Sharma claimed the people of Bihar were disillusioned with the state government due to its failure to tackle corruption and deterioration in law and order situation.
He flayed the murder of the party's Sheohar district unit president Sanjay Kumar Pandey two days ago.
