Actors Patrick Schwarzenegger and Sasha Lane are all set to star in the supernatural thriller "Daniel Isn't Real".
The two actors will be joined by Miles Robbins, and Hannah Marks in the cast, reported Variety.
The film, to be directed by "Some Kind of Hate" helmer Adam Egypt Mortimer, has started shooting in New York City.
The story follows a troubled college freshman who suffers a violent family trauma and resurrects his childhood imaginary friend Daniel (played by Schwarzenegger) to help him cope.
The thriller is based on the novel In "This Way I Was Saved" by Brian DeLeeuw, who has co-penned the script.
The project is being produced by Elijah Wood, Daniel Noah, Josh C. Waller and Lisa Whalen. Timur Bekbosunov, Johnny Chang, Emma Lee, Peter Wong and Stacy Jorgensen will serve as executive producer.
