"Omar Abdullah-led government is a gang of looters, which has brazenly been robbing the state since January 2009," Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) state secretary, Falail Singh, said while addressing a rally here.
"Today's protest rally is declaration of war against this government which has failed to solve people's basic problems due to its indifferent and casual approach," Singh said.
"Rampant corruption, bungling of funds, non-availability of essential commodities like drinking water, electricity and ration are the noticeable achievements of this regime," the PDP leader said.
"This government stands exposed as it has reneged on all promises made to the people during the 2008 Assembly elections campaign," he said.
"Failure of the state government can be gauged from the fact that farmers, employees, technocrats, unemployed educated youth and students have been agitating, but the government seems indifferent towards it," Bajwa alleged.
