People's Welfare Front will capture power: Vaiko

Hitting out at ruling AIADMK and DMK, MDMK chief Vaiko today claimed that the People's Welfare Front, of which his party is a constituent, will win in the May 16 assembly polls.
Addressing a press meet here, claimed that the people would put a full stop to the "money power of both the parties."
Besides MDMK, the People's Welfare Front comprises CPI, CPI-M and VCK.

Later in the evening, Vaiko met and talked to Kausalya, who is undergoing treatment at the government hospital here for her injuries, for about 15 minutes.
Coming out of the hospital, Vaiko said the meeting was just to provide her much needed counselling, as she was upset after the incident.

The real culprits behind the murder should be brought to book immediately, Vaiko said.
