Pharmaceutical college student's body found on rail tracks

The body of a student of a pharmaceutical institute in Howrah district was found near the railway track near Uluberia railway station this evening.
Police said the first year student of Calcutta Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology & Applied Health Science at Uluberia was assaulted by a third year student over a love affair.
Akash Agarwal, who hailed from Gaya in Bihar, probably committed suicide by jumping before a running train, the police said.
His family members were informed of the incident.
