"A meeting of the Committee of Directors (Funding) of the company will be held on January 5, 2016 to consider and approve the issue of secured non-convertible debentures amounting up to Rs 500 crore," Piramal Enterprises said in a filing to the BSE.
The company, however, did not specify the purpose for raising the fund.
