Piramal Enterprises Q3 net loss at Rs 11 cr

Piramal Enterprises today registered a consolidated net loss of Rs 11.14 crore for the third quarter ended December 31.
The company has posted a net profit of Rs 61.07 crore during the same period of previous fiscal.
Total income of the company stood at Rs 1,305.58 crore for the third quarter. It stood at Rs 1,055.06 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2012, Piramal Enterprises Ltd said in a filing to the BSE.
"The figures for the period ended December 31, 2013 are not comparable to the previous period ended December 31, 2012 on account of acquisition of Decision Resources Group in June 2012", it added.

Piramal Enterprises shares today closed at Rs 545.60 apiece on the BSE, down 0.08 per cent from previous close.
