Persistent rain washed out play on day three of the third test between Australia and West Indies at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
No play has been possible since the evening session on day two and organizers abandoned any hope of play on Tuesday well before the scheduled end.
West Indies remained on 248-7 in its first innings, with Denesh Ramdin unbeaten on 30 and Kemar Roach yet to score.
Further rain is forecast for Wednesday, most likely preventing any result but a draw. Australia leads the three-test series 2-0.
