Besides the Prime Minister, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and top bureaucrats will be attending the conference which is organised by the Intelligence Bureau.
It is for the second time that the conference is being held outside Delhi ever since its inception in 1920.
The officers have been told to bring 'band gala' suit and sarees for the event. They will have to do surya namaskar during sun rise and sun set, they said.
"President's Police Medals and Police Medals will be presented to the officers of the Intelligence Bureau during the conference," a press release issued today by Home Ministry said.
This conference was being held at Delhi every year till 2013. Last year in November, for the first time since its inception in 1920, the conference was organised out of Delhi and held in Guwahati, Assam, it said.
Violence perpetrated by Maoists, filling up of vacant posts in various police forces, circulation of fake Indian currency notes, smuggling of narcotics and human trafficking will also be discussed threadbare during the conference, the officials said.
